Continuous Weight Change - A construct in Noodle™ code which allows you to specify that a given
weight value continuously moves toward a specified value. This can be used, for example, to specify a
forget rate for a given weight, where the weight is made more negative over time, or pushed closer to zero over time.
Continuous Weight Change is a bit of a misnomer, since the CWC rate can be set to be slowed, sped up, or (most relevant to this conversation) completely stopped, under a variety of run-time conditions.
