Input Influenced from Inhibitory Inputs (III) - The amount of influence this neuron has exercised over the inhibitory inputs of other neurons.

II_I is a Netlab term with no direct analog in the study of biological neural networks. It is based on a new learning method, which is referred to in Netlab as Influence Learning.
