adaptive inputs of

Adaptive feedback may be incorporated into influence calculations. In this case a
neuron's error value is used as a factor when producing
influence learning values that are propagated to pre-synaptic neurons. Adaptive feedback may also be produced as
chemical influences (CIs) which are used by other neurons to effect, or affect, changes to
weight values.
