OI_I

Output Influenced from Inhibitory-inputs (OII) - This is a neuron level value that reflects the amount of influence the output of this neuron has had over the output levels of other neurons. It is the III for the neuron, further gated by the axon level (AL) at the output of the influenced (post-synaptic) neurons. Expressed in floating point representation, it is the sum of the result of multiplying the III * the AP of each post-synaptic neuron that this neuron contacts.

OI_I is a Netlab term with no direct analog in the study of biological neural networks. It is based on a new learning method, which is referred to in Netlab as Influence Learning.
